For Billing Services we charge 7% of gross revenue collected each month as reported by Simple Practice. The percentage model aligns our incentives with yours and makes scaling simple and straightforward as your practice grows. 

For Credentialing Services, which includes the contract applications, and the E-claim, ERA, and EFT enrollments, along with any followup and processing required we charge $250 per insurance per clinician. *An important thing to note is that generally associate therapists do not need their own applications, but can usually bill through their supervisor’s credentials. 

The only charges are the ones listed above in the price. No add-ons, so surprises. 

Occasionally, we conduct account audits to ensure that changes that may have been made to past months are reconciled in the present. 

You can quit anytime you like. We are able to terminate service even the same day you ask. We believe in earning your business everyday, not locking you into a service you can’t stand. If you aren’t happy with us, you are always free to go. We hope you’ll share your feedback with us so we can improve before you go, but no contract will keep you here. 

Yes. Our system operates directly in Simple Practice. We keep our skillset narrow and deep rather than broad and shallow. This means that you get the very best for what you need. If you don’t have Simple Practice and want to make the switch, we can figure that out together. If you don’t want to use Simple Practice, we’re not really going to be a good fit. 

Our model is designed for us to handle all aspects of billing. We understand that some practice owners like to take a more hands on approach and only get help with things here and there. If you are one of those practice owners, give us a call and we can make a recommendation for a billing team more suited to your needs. If you would like to not have to worry about billing and just leave it to a capable team who will keep you posted each step of the way while you just get paid, then we will probably be a great fit for you. 

We work with brand new solo startups as well as well established multi-clinic practices. We have helped many clinics grow from one clinician to many as well, so whether you are a small and steady operation or you are looking to expand, you are in good hands. And since our price is based on a percentage we scale with you linearly.
